What we offer

A full design and delivery service, from first brief to final handover.

Our services are flexible and tailored to each client and project. We work on residential projects of all scales, alongside commercial and public-facing work. We lead your entire project from first sketch to final handover, managing every RIBA work stage with the same level of senior attention throughout.

We handle everything: design, planning, technical documentation, consultant coordination, contractor procurement, project management and handover. One team, one point of contact, complete transparency.

Architecture

Residential extensions and retrofits, new build homes, conservation area and listed building work, and mixed-use projects. We bring the same rigour to every scale.

Interior Design

We take a holistic approach to designing a building or space, testing ideas through sketches, material references and visuals. Interior design is offered as part of our full service or as a standalone scope.

Planning

We develop a planning strategy for every project and manage all applications and consents. We work with specialist consultants — heritage, ecology, structural — coordinating their input and keeping the process on track. We advise on what is realistic from the outset and aim to maintain budget discipline throughout.

Project Management

We manage the entire process on your behalf — programme, budget, consultant coordination and contractor oversight. We monitor quality on site, flag risks early and ensure the project is delivered on time and to the standard agreed. You have one point of contact from start to finish.

Our process

RIBA work stages 1–6, fully managed.

Our process follows the Royal Institute of British Architects work stages, providing clarity and transparency at every step. We coordinate all consultants, manage the programme and keep you informed throughout — advising on budget and what is achievable at each stage.

Stage 01
Briefing

We get to know you and your project. We prepare accurate drawings of the building and site, explore planning constraints, develop your brief and establish a realistic budget from the outset.

Stage 02
Design

We explore ideas, materials and spatial concepts, developing options graded by cost, design ambition and programme. We work alongside you to develop a cost plan and advise on what is achievable within your budget.

Stage 03
Planning

We prepare a robust planning application with all key drawings and statements. We coordinate specialist consultants where required, manage the process and communicate with the planning authority on your behalf.

Stage 04
Technical

We prepare all technical information and details for costing and construction. We coordinate structural engineers, M&E consultants and all other specialists, ensuring clear documentation for accurate tender pricing.

Stage 05
Construction

We manage the building contract on your behalf — monitoring progress, cost and quality on site. We maintain budget discipline throughout, coordinate all subcontractors and consultants, and keep the project on programme.

Stage 06
Handover

We ensure you have all required documentation and certificates. We address any defects and assist in agreeing the final account with the contractor, ensuring the project closes cleanly and completely.
