Joshua Heasman Architecture Ltd (trading as JHA Studio) is a RIBA-chartered architecture practice based in London. Our registered address is 66 Macoma Road, London SE18 2QP.

What data we collect

We only collect information you choose to provide to us. This includes:

• Your name, email address and message when you submit our contact form
• Any additional information you include in your enquiry
• Anonymous usage data collected via Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, device type, general location)

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment information or any data from children under 16.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry about our architectural services
• Communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project
• Improve our website based on anonymous analytics data

We will never sell your data, use it for unsolicited marketing, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis for processing

Third parties

Your contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a secure form handling service. They receive your name, email and message solely to deliver it to us and do not retain or use your data independently.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymous data only — no personally identifiable information is shared with Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may collect technical data such as IP addresses and browser information for security and performance purposes. See Squarespace's privacy policy for details.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry correspondence for up to three years, after which it is deleted. If an enquiry leads to an active project, we retain relevant communications for the duration of the project and seven years thereafter in accordance with standard professional practice.

Your rights

• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data where there is no legal obligation to retain it
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
